In October 2021, our talented company of Year 8 and 9 musical theatre performers travelled to the ICC Birmingham to perform a specially adapted version of Stephen Sondheim’s ‘Into The Woods”. As part of the day, they performed in front of a crack team of industry experts who adjudicated their performance. The students also took part in a range of fantastic workshops. Later in the day, they were invited to perform on the Main Stage as they were presented with an Outstanding Production Award. This was followed by two more honours – one for Achievement in Acting (for the company) and the Outstanding Individual Performance for our Narrator, Lana. Congratulations to everyone involved, particularly our amazing creative team – Mrs Harrocks, Miss Dilworth and Miss Llewelyn.
