Congratulations to Abigail (Year 9) who penned an outstanding poem called ‘Better’ which was shortlisted for a National Tes Award.  Abigail was invited to attend the National TES Award Ceremony in London in October where she received a Highly Commended Award which was presented to her by renowned author Cressida Cowell (author of How to Train your Dragon).  What an amazing achievement, Abigail, well done from everyone at FHS!
