The Creative Arts are part of the very fabric of Formby High School and underpin the school’s desire to encourage and develop individual talent and creativity. Recognised locally, regionally and nationally as an exceptional Performing Arts school, FHS is proud of a long and well-deserved reputation of excellence in Dance, Drama, Music and Art.
Equally important to all of us at FHS is to extend this provision and passion for the arts to our wider community, including primary schools and community associations. For example, our very own Community Gospel Choir, G:Force, now over 100 strong meet weekly at the school to hone their vocal harmonies and extend their repertoire. As well as supporting many school and community events, G:Force have also supported national education conferences and major events.
