On 25 March the Music Department hosted its third Band Night, showcasing the incredible talent of students from Year 7 all the way up to Year 13. The event featured eight different ensembles, each bringing their own unique style and energy to the stage. With a wide range of genres and creative arrangements, there was truly something for everyone in the audience. From powerful rock performances to more intricate musical pieces, the evening highlighted both the diversity and depth of musical talent within the school. The Music Department are extremely proud of all the students who took part. Their maturity, dedication, and professionalism were evident throughout the evening which made them excellent ambassadors for the school. Among the many standout moments, a few future “rock gods” may well have been revealed. Students interested in performing at the next Band Night are encouraged to form a group and speak to a member of the Music Department. Overall, it was an inspiring evening that celebrated music, teamwork, and student creativity.
