WIZARD of OZ

The FHS Panto is a much anticipated event on the calendar each year – a family favourite which gets everyone involved in the festive spirit! This year’s production of the enchanting Wizard of Oz by Year 7 and 8 students did not disappoint and carried on this tradition in style. With three evening performances and one matinee, all the performers, tech crew and supporting staff delivered an energetic and magical production, delighting the packed-out studio audience each time. Behind the singing, acting, costumes and comedy, though, is one of the most important parts of this annual production: teamwork. For our Year 7 students, being a part of this production within their very first term of secondary school is a great accomplishment and will no doubt create friendships and memories that will stay with them way beyond their time at FHS. Well done to everyone involved, on stage and behind the scenes!
