A massive shout out to Lucy (Year 13) who penned an exceptional essay submission for the Oxford University St Hugh’s College ‘Julia Wood (History) Essay Competition 2022’ for which she has received a commendation. To celebrate her commendation, Oxford University invited Lucy to visit St Hugh’s College this weekend for afternoon tea, with the opportunity to meet with History and Classics Tutors and students, and meet the other essay entrants. Well done, Lucy, for this fantastic achievement!
