On 13 July, 30 of our Year 9 Sports Leaders were VIP guests at Anfield Stadium to support the Liverpool FC Foundation with their recruitment process.  Students thoroughly enjoyed this exciting experience with lunch, a tour around the LFC museum and access to the changing rooms amongst the highlights!  This special experience marked the start of an exciting journey working alongside the Foundation. Work will include having our own LFC Foundation Youth Worker in school one day per week, providing support on raising self-esteem through sport.  We would also like to thank the Foundation for their support on our Year 7 Rewards Trip beach day where they supported some fantastic beach football activities with the students which was lots of fun!
