The school continues to use ParentMail as our primary method of email communication to parents and there have been a number of important communications in recent days.
It has been brought to our attention that some parents who use Gmail / Googlemail email accounts to receive their ParentMail messages have experienced issues receiving emails on their app in recent days. This may be a result of updates from your provider. If you are experiencing similar problems, please ensure that the ParentMail address (email@example.com) is added to your ‘trusted users’ in your email settings to ensure that emails are not being suppressed or treated as spam by your email provider.

If you continue to experience issues, please contact ParentMail in the first instance on their ‘live chat’ facility via their app / website or contact the school by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
