Today is Time to Talk day when people across the country are coming together to talk about mental health. Conversations around mental health change lives. It is an opportunity for us all to collectively end mental health discrimination and make a difference. Too many people, including many young people, suffer with mental health problems and are made to feel isolated and ashamed. The way we act towards them can change their life. Throughout the school today, FHS staff and students are supporting Time to Talk Day by engaging in conversation around mental health. At lunchtime, the school hall will be open for any students wishing to come and talk to their peers. Every day, every one of us can make a difference… it’s time to talk.
