FHS Rocks the Socks!

Thursday March 21st was World Down Syndrome Awareness Day and, as we do every year, the school community donned their odd socks in support.  The theme of this year’s World Down Syndrome Awareness Day is ‘Leave no one behind’ – all people with Down Syndrome must have opportunities to live fulfilling lives, included on a full and equal basis with others, in all aspects of society.  There were special events at the UN in New York and Geneva and the DSA will be joining the DSi and other organisations, families and communities around the world to say that society needs to make sure that we #LeaveNoOneBehind.  Well done FHS for getting involved and rocking those socks!
